Tiger Tyagarajan spent 30+ years as a C-suite leader in enterprise digital transformation, founding and building a GE Capital division into Genpact — a 130,000-person, nearly $5B NYSE-listed enterprise serving 300 of the Fortune 500 — which he led as President and CEO from 2011 to 2024. He is now a Senior Advisor to BCG, Bain Capital, Avalt and others, focused on digital technology and AI. He also serves on the boards of Jabil, MathCo, Inetum, and HealthEdge.
