Jon Temple is Design Lead for AI & Automation, where he bridges creative design, human-centred experiences and scalable intelligent systems to bring automation to life in meaningful ways. With over 25 years of experience in design leadership across technology and business transformation, Jon has helped global teams shape how people and machines collaborate, not just in theory but in deployed products and workflows.

Known for his belief that “automation must be felt, not just seen,” Jon combines deep experience in user-centred design and strategic thinking with a practical focus on operational impact. He has built frameworks for intelligent interface design and automation adoption that emphasise empathy, usability and business alignment.

Jon holds a degree from Vassar College and is based in Connecticut, where he continues to mentor emerging design leaders and explore how AI and automation reshape workflows at scale.
