Dr. Jennifer Prendki

Dr Jennifer Prendki most recently served as Head of AI Data at Google DeepMind, where she led the development of production-grade data infrastructure for large-scale generative AI, focusing on data governance, quality, and the emerging discipline of data-centric AI.

Earlier she founded and led Alectio - a startup focused on enabling better model outcomes via smarter data preparation, and held leadership roles building data-science and machine-learning teams at companies including Atlassian, Walmart Labs and Figure Eight.

With a PhD in particle physics from Sorbonne University, Prendki brings deep scientific rigour to the intersection of data and AI. She is a recognised thought-leader in the “prepare the data before the model” ethos, bridging technical infrastructure, governance and strategic business value.
