Bo Young Lee

Bo Young Lee is the CEO of AI4ALL, a leading non-profit dedicated to expanding access to artificial intelligence education and empowering the next generation of technologists. She joined the organisation following her role as Strategy Advisor and Interim Chief Impact Officer at AnitaB.org, where she guided efforts around equity, inclusion and impact in tech.

Prior to that, Bo spent many years shaping global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy across major companies: most notably as the first Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Uber Technologies, where she partnered with senior leadership to embed inclusive culture and accelerate innovation through diverse talent.

A graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business (MBA) and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business (BBA Magna Cum Laude), Bo draws on more than two decades of experience to connect organisational purpose, ecosystem strategy and equitable technology deployment.
