Angella Tapé is Global SVP, Group Strategy Director at Havas Group, where she leads strategic vision for clients across health, wellness and consumer brands in evolving markets. With a career spanning major cultural hubs such as New York, London, Berlin, Tokyo and Beijing, she excels at decoding how behavioural science, culture and business converge to spark growth and transformation.
In addition to her agency role, Angella serves as Lecturer at the Pratt Institute, where she teaches “Strategic Foresight Powered by AI,” helping design-leaders anticipate the future of human-AI relationships and translate insight into action.
Throughout her career she has helped reshape launch strategies and global brand trajectories for names such as Adidas, Sephora, and Danone, combining rigorous insight with creativity to drive both category growth and meaningful impact.
